Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our first priority. We will only accept the return of goods on the terms set out below.
Change of Mind
We will offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days of your purchase if you have changed your mind about your purchase provided that:
- You produce a valid proof of purchase
- The product and packaging is in its original condition including all manuals and accessories
- It is unused, undamaged, unopened, and it must be in original saleable condition
If the above requirements are not met, we reserve the right not to offer refund or exchange for change of mind returns.
Exchange or refund for change of mind is not available for:
- Free Gifts
- Bundle Offers
- Gift Cards and Vouchers
- Vitamin Supplements
- Baby Formula
- Consumable Products
We will accept product return and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair if a product is:
- Significantly different from its description
- Not doing what it is supposed to do
- Damaged/unusable when arrived at your place of delivery. We will assess the damage and may require you to provide a photograph of the damaged product. In certain circumstances, we may need further evaluation.
We may return the product to the manufacturer/supplier to analyze the nature of the issue. We reserve the right not to offer a refund, exchange or repair where the fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Products presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the products.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and the age of the returned product/s. This may result in an exchange, repair or refund being refused. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned. You shall not cancel the order and return the product/s to us without prior approval.
